Aligra have a fantastic opportunity for people to work for our prestigious client, that manage race day events, and as such we have available shifts working at Bath Race Course! This role will be a fantastic opportunity for a positive candidate, who enjoys the excitement of event work, and the high paced work involved.
Key Duties:
- Working within an area of the hospitality section, you will be responsible for serving food and drink to race day attendees.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers in a friendly and positive manner.
- A professional approach is key in this role.
- Bar Staff: Working on one of the many bars within the course, serving a range of drinks to customers.
- Ensuring correct payment is made and checking ID as required.
- Working within the kitchens to support in a variety of duties, including washing up and clearing plates.
- Working alongside the chefs and kitchen assistants to deliver a great food service.
Requirements:
- A positive and hard working approach to work.
- Enthusiasm, proactive and resourceful.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for working within the hospitality industry.
Hours of work:
We have either mid-week race days or weekend race days available, including Bank Holiday shifts. You can sign up for whichever dates suit you! Shift times will vary depending on the start and finish of the per hour (Paid weekly).
