We’re recruiting Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join a reputable food and drink wholesaler’s team in Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for warehouse professionals seeking a temp-to-perm position with full-time hours and weekly pay.

In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team, picking and loading stock ready for early morning deliveries. With up to 4,000 items handled per night, this is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires excellent attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills.

FLT experience is highly desirable and an accredited licence would be a strong advantage.

Duration: Immediate start available working full time hours on a temp to perm basis.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £13.75 per hour. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata. We do not offer Visa Sponsorships.

Working Hours: This position is from Sunday to Thursday 21:30 to 06:30.

Closing Date: 2025-06-19

Experience & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Picking and packing orders for next-day delivery
2. Loading vehicles to prepare for dispatch
3. Working efficiently and accurately to handle high volumes
4. Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
5. Supporting other warehouse tasks as required
