We’re not seeking colleagues with years of customer service experience in hospitality or retail; we’re looking for enthusiastic people to be part of our team, delivering Greggs’ popular sausage rolls, baked goods, and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience. No specific skills required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities of a Team Member:
- Replenishing stock levels and maintaining displays and fridges
- Preparing fresh wraps, sandwiches, and baguettes for store opening
- Ensuring product quality and stock levels during peak times
- Preparing hot food and beverages
- Serving customers efficiently and providing exceptional service
- Handling customer inquiries
- Operating tills and processing transactions
- Maintaining store cleanliness and standards
