We are currently partnering with a highly regarded school in the Birmingham area, seeking an enthusiastic SEN Early Years Teacher for a full-time position. All students have a statement of Special Educational Need (SEN). The school pride themselves on innovation and forward thinking, aiming to provide the best possible start in life for our young people. We are successful because we know our students well and recognise their learning needs.
The successful candidate for this role should have a wealth of experience in a similar position, a positive outlook, and a strong work ethic.
Their primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering individualised lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of students.
- Collaborating with a teaching assistant to ensure effective classroom management.
- Prioritising the academic success and personal growth of each student.
- Being a proactive and enthusiastic member of a dedicated team of educators.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in planning and delivering effective lessons.
- Immediate availability to start the position.
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate.
- Previous experience as a class teacher.
- Recent, verifiable school-based references.
- Valid Photo ID (e.g., Driving License or Passport).
- A comprehensive DBS check, registered on the update service.
