Current Vacancy: Commis Waiter/Waitress
This role is at The May Fair Hotel, a Radisson Collection Hotel, within the destination restaurant May Fair Kitchen. The position is part-time.
Role Overview:
- Join the restaurant team at The May Fair Kitchen as a Part-Time Commis Waiter/Waitress.
- Support the serving staff by assisting with table service and guest needs.
- Maintain a good knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions.
- Ensure food is delivered promptly and presented elegantly.
- Clear tables efficiently, ensuring they are well-presented for the next guests.
- Be competent with IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Commis Waiter/Waitress in a busy, quality-driven restaurant is preferred but training can be provided.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of English, both written and spoken.
- A passion for food and beverages and awareness of current food trends.
