Job Purpose
Your role will be to help ensure we deliver industry best client service as well as support effective business decision making by managing the forecasting process through the gathering and critiquing of data, to ensure customer product requirements are accurately reflected.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather & interrogate data points to predict future demand requirements.
- Feed forecasts into the relevant systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues & customers to coordinate data for accurate forecasting.
- Accurately reflect customer plans across key metrics.
- Liaise with colleagues to keep stakeholders informed of any changes to forecasts.
- Monitor accuracy of forecasts & build learning into future planning to improve effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Graduate calibre.
- Experience working in the Demand / Supply chain function or similar role.
- Used to working with business systems, such as SAP & BI.
- Familiar with constructing/maintaining forecasts.
