We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Generator/Electrical Engineer to join our Kilcronagh depot in Cookstown. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and servicing our electrical equipment, ensuring it meets the highest standards. This is a hands-on position that offers a variety of responsibilities, ongoing technical development, and the chance to work on diverse projects daily.
- Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on generators and electrical equipment.
- Installation and testing of generator sets for various applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, ensuring timely repairs.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, particularly with electrical faults.
- Relevant electrical/electronic qualification and extensive electrical knowledge.
- Mechanical skills, with experience in hydraulics and mechanics.
- Level 3 mechanical qualification is a plus.
- Previous experience as an industrial electrician or working with generators.
- Previous experience in control panel building.
- Full driving licence.
