What you\’ll be doing: Core skills: 6+ years of relevant Salesforce Development Experience Produce Technical Designs and documentations Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud hands on configuration and administration (inc. lightning page layouts, email / routing, custom object definition, list views, dynamic forms) Expertise on Out of the box capabilities of Service Cloud including Entitlements / SLA Management Implementation of complex Salesforce Flows Knowledge of Salesforce Apex and LWC development Git software version control Familiar with Salesforce SFDX / Visual Studio Code Comfortable with agile delivery with Jira task management Experience with Devops Deployment – CI / CD Pipeline Ideal / Desired Skills: Salesforce Industry Cloud experience Salesforce SOQL query language and general object model / reporting awareness Advanced Salesforce Apex development experience (inc. defining invocable Flow actions and batch Apex) DevOps pipeline implementation and troubleshooting AI prompt building experience What experience you\’ll bring: A proactive, self-starter Technical Lead able to work independently in a team.
