My client, a highly regarded retail brand is looking for a Junior Ecommerce Specialist with Shopify experience to join their growing digital team. An amazing opportunity for someone with a year or two of Ecommerce experience ready to take the next step, allowing you to build your skills and confidence to take on more responsibility across website management, onsite content, and Ecommerce performance. Shopify experience is essential as you will support the day-to-day running of the Shopify store, optimise product listings, and work closely with the comms team on campaigns, launches, and performance reporting.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the daily management of the Shopify store.
- Optimise product listings with compelling copy, accurate specifications, correct pricing, high-quality imagery, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the comms team to deliver promotional campaigns, product launches, and onsite storytelling.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Ensure product and inventory data is accurate and up to date, working including product uploads, content updates, and site merchandising closely with the sales team.
- Suggest and support improvements to the website user experience and customer journey.
- Stay informed on platform updates, ecommerce trends, and competitor activity-bringing fresh ideas to the table.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and online shopping behaviour.
- Shopify experience, skills to support the day-to-day running of the Shopify store product uploads, content updates, and site merchandising.
- Good Excel skills-comfortable using spreadsheets, formulas, and analysing data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and hands-on, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and experience using web analytics tools.
- Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
- Basic HTML knowledge is an advantage.
- Photoshop or other image-editing skills are a bonus.
