My client, an established global fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join their European distribution operations team. This role focuses on managing and optimising end-to-end ecommerce and omni-channel fulfilment, ensuring seamless service across warehouse and retail channels.
Working cross-functionally with teams in logistics, IT, retail, and customer service, you’ll be instrumental in building scalable processes, improving KPIs, and enhancing customer experience through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily ecommerce and retail fulfilment operations (click & collect, home delivery, in-store returns)
- Monitor and improve KPIs across service, cost, and delivery performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement backend tools and SOPs
- Analyse operational data to identify gaps and drive process improvement
- Support IT and global teams in systems integration and omni-channel enablement
- Ensure alignment between fulfilment operations and customer experience goals
- 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce, supply chain, or retail operations
- Strong understanding of fulfilment, logistics, and order management systems
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and KPI improvements
