We’re recruiting on behalf of a global tech brand to find an experienced, strategic Executive Engagement Marketing Manager to join their high-performing EMEA marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering impactful, premium marketing experiences aimed at executive-level audiences within top enterprise accounts. This includes a mix of 1:1 engagements (like high-touch briefings and tailored workshops) and 1:few experiences (such as C-suite roundtables and hospitality-led networking events).

The key challenge? Capturing the attention — and time — of senior decision-makers. You’ll need to think creatively, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders and execute flawlessly to make every experience feel worth the journey.

This is a great fit for a commercially minded event marketer with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine understanding of the enterprise sales cycle. You’ll work closely with internal teams to craft exclusive, behind-closed-doors sessions that drive real business conversations and outcomes.

With support from external event agencies and marketing operations teams, your focus will be on strategy, coordination, and delivery – not just logistics. You’ll also have freedom to bring new ideas to the table and help the team level up their executive engagement game.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & deliver tailored events and experiences for senior stakeholders within high-value enterprise accounts across EMEA.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and other Marketing teams to align on messaging, outcomes, and account priorities.
  • Project manage the full lifecycle – from invite creation, guest list management, content development and agency coordination to post-event follow-up and measurement.
  • Track performance of engagements, reporting on attendance, pipeline impact, and executive feedback.
  • Own agency relationships and ensure top-quality, cost-effective event delivery.
  • Contribute creative ideas to shape the strategic direction of executive engagement across the region.

Experience Needed:

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering high-impact B2B events, with a strong focus on engaging senior stakeholders (VP, C-level).
  • Familiar with account-based marketing or targeted engagement campaigns focused on growth accounts.
  • Experienced in coordinating closed-door, high-value workshops, roundtables, and hospitality-led events.
  • Confident working across EMEA markets, especially UK, France, and DACH.
  • Excellent communicator with a proactive mindset – able to juggle moving parts and keep multiple teams aligned.
  • Comfortable working closely with sales and customer teams to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar CRM and marketing platforms is a plus.
  • A creative thinker who’s excited to build something that’s memorable, polished, and commercially valuable.

You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team with a big remit – supporting the relationships that matter most to the business. If you’re excited by the idea of combining premium event strategy with measurable commercial impact, we’d love to hear from you.
