Salary: £100k – £110k + Double OTE

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new enterprise clients, driving significant revenue growth for the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing enterprise accounts and increase revenue.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Develop bespoke business cases and execute impactful go-to-market strategies.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with precise forecasting.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers within target accounts.
- Take full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Mentor and guide Business Development Representatives to improve sales tactics.
- Utilise HubSpot and other tools to optimise sales processes and drive success.
What We\’re Looking For
- 6+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within tech or SaaS.
- Expertise in value-based selling and experience using MEDDPICC/MEDDICC frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with senior executives.
- A strategic mindset with a data-driven approach and a focus on commercial success.
- Proven success in both acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Experience in selling to technical roles such as Product and Engineering teams is advantageous.
- A self-motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a high-growth environment.
