ROLE: Fully Qualified Electrician (Solar experience req)
SALARY: Up to £50,000
LOCATION: Neath Port Talbot, South Wales

We are seeking a Fully Qualified Electrician with Solar experience to join a growing and dynamic team in the South Wales area and surroundings. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a leadership role, managing a team of apprentices while working in the renewable energy sector. You\’ll play a key role in driving solar projects forward and contribute to a greener future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of apprentices on solar installation projects
• Oversee and ensure the safe and efficient installation of solar PV systems
• Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on solar systems
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and to specification
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical regulations and health & safety standards
• Provide mentorship and on-the-job training for apprentices

What we\’re looking for:

• Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience in solar PV and maintenance
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Full UK Driving License
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
