Role Overview The Pre-Construction Manager will be responsible for assisting the pre-construction team with projects new to the pipeline, creating tender programme and pre-construction paperwork. Assisting with tendering and client communications Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Conduct site inspections and pre-planning activities. Develop project schedules and timelines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets. Conduct cost estimations and financial analysis. Oversee procurement of materials and services. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports and documentation. Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Skills & Experience: Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software. Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
