Factory Operative – Weekend Shift Pattern  Are you ready to be a part of a leading confectionery production team? We\’re looking for dedicated and motivated long term temporary Factory Operatives to join our clients expanding family at the renowned chewing gum factory in Estover, Plymouth.  Please note due to the location and the shift times you will need your own transport to get there. As a key player in confectionery production, they offer a dynamic work environment with both short and long-term assignments. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with a team to ensure the smooth operation of the production line. Maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Embrace physically demanding tasks in a manual role. Seize on-the-job training opportunities to enhance your skills and progress to more technical aspects. Qualifications and Skills: Previous factory experience as a Machine Operator is preferred. Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Excellent team player with the ability to thrive in a busy production environment. Benefits: Competitive pay rates: £18.14 per hour. Weekend Shift: 06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00 Saturday and Sunday, rotating weekends. Temporary position with the potential for long-term and permanent opportunities. 28 days holiday pay, rising to 33 days after 12 weeks (pro rata) Free onsite parking, extensive bike park, and onsite gym.
