You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet the company’s quality standards, timeline, and budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Procure and budget for construction projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with client expectations.
