JOB DESCRIPTION: Hinckley-Finlayson High School is seeking three 1.0 FTE Special Education Teachers for the 2025-26 school year. Two positions are working within our EBD program, and one position is working with SLD Math.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current MN Licensure in Special Education in ASD, DCD, EBD, SLD, ABS, or DAPE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:

• Work with a variety of students within any disability area

• Possess good written and verbal communication skills

• Create thorough lesson plans and implement them effectively

• Conduct assessments to determine special education eligibility

• Maintain good data collection and monitor student progress

• Collaborate effectively and be a team player

• Work with and supervise paraprofessionals
