Join Sykes Holiday Cottages, part of the Forge Holiday Group — the team behind Forest Holidays, UKcaravans4hire, and Bachcare (NZ). We’re on the lookout for a Pricing Manager to lead a team of specialists, shape pricing strategy, and help thousands of property owners across the UK maximise revenue. If you’re a commercially-minded leader with a head for numbers and a heart for people, this could be your next big move. Hybrid working available after probation (HQ in Chester).

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, coach & inspire a high-performing team of 9 Pricing Specialists
  • Develop smart pricing strategies to optimise income for our owners & the business
  • Own performance across key KPIs and deliver actionable data insights
  • Collaborate across Revenue Management, Account Management & Property Onboarding
  • Shape strategy for our Multi-Unit Site (MUS) pricing model
  • Support high-value owner accounts and join premium account meetings
  • Deliver internal training, foster alignment, and drive service consistency
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects to boost portfolio growth

What you bring:

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data
  • Background in pricing, revenue management, or a related field
  • Commercial awareness—ideally from travel, tourism or lettings sectors
  • Comfortable working at pace in a performance-driven environment
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and senior stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of demand elasticity and revenue management principles
  • Experience negotiating contracts or commercial terms
  • Background in travel, holiday lettings, estate agency, or property sectors
