Electrician

£32,373 per annum (pay award pending) Plus £455.16 Tool Allowance per annum

We are looking for an experienced electrician who must be competent in undertaking a variety of electrical duties including repairs to tenanted and empty homes.

Responsibilities

• You will have time-served experience of domestic fault finding and rectification on a variety of circuits, along with a strong background in completing all types of electrical certification that are error free.
• You will be converse in multi-trade skills allowing a \’fix first time\’ approach for our customers.
• This role may include Equipment Testing (previous experience preferred but training will be provided).
• You will have experience of working in occupied properties and understand the importance of providing great customer care.
• The ability to work using your own initiative with minimum supervision is key to this very busy department.
• A written test and onsite competency assessment will be included as part of the recruitment process.
• Additionally, you will also require a current valid full UK Driving Licence.
