About The Role We are currently recruiting for a Production Support Operative/Packer at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Production Support Operative you will be supporting the main packhouse with pallet banding, wrapping and box making as well as being involved with the packing of finished bagged products into trays, crates and onto pallets. This is a physically demanding role which will require lifting and stacking of trays and boxes of varying weighs up to 25KG. General other factory duties will also be required.
