A prestigious UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) family based in London is seeking a professional, highly presentable Household Team Member to join their dynamic and well-established private household team. This is a full-time, live-out position, ideal for candidates with previous experience in luxury private homes or VIP residences. The family offers a warm, supportive working environment and values long-term, loyal staff.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily hands-on support with general household duties, ensuring smooth operation of the residence.
  • Work collaboratively with housekeepers, nannies, chefs, and other staff to maintain a harmonious environment.
  • Travel occasionally with the family, both in the UK and internationally (must hold valid passport).
  • Work 5 days per week, including some weekends on a rota basis.
  • Assist with pet care as required.
  • Respond proactively to the family's needs with flexibility and professionalism.
  • Maintain high standards of discretion, confidentiality, and presentation at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a UHNW or VIP private household.
