Our Hospitality Group client with several venues in the West of Scotland require a Personal Assistant to a senior director. As this is a hospitality client, candidates must have a degree of flexibility in when tasks and duties will be completed due to the nature of the business.

Duties will include:

  • Task Scheduling
  • Receiving and fielding calls
  • Board meetings and minute taking
  • Use of software
  • Documentation preparation

Candidate Must Have:

  • A right to work full time hours in the UK for 52 weeks of the year.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • A confident manner
  • An appreciation of regulation and confidentiality
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Proven experience in an executive similar role

This is a permanent role for the right candidate and salary will be depending on experience.
