The Role:
As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and painting a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. Key responsibilities include:
- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and mask vehicle surfaces for painting.
- Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to match vehicle colours and apply it using spray guns and specialized equipment.
- Spray Booth Management: Ensure the spray booth operates efficiently, producing high-quality finishes.
- Quality Control: Ensure all paint jobs meet both customer expectations and industry standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and deliver excellent results.
- Health & Safety: Maintain a clean, organised workspace while following all health and safety protocols.
About You:
We’re looking for an experienced, fully qualified Paint Technician with the following:
- Proven Experience: Strong background in vehicle paint repair, ideally within accident repair environments.
- Vehicle Expertise: Experience with a range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.
