TEXO Recruitment are looking for a Customer Care Co-Ordinator for one of our valued external clients on a permanent basis. You will be based in Aberdeenshire.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Ideally experience in the construction industry
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all SHE policies—safety is our top priority.
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Handle all customer contact (phone, email, social media) courteously, logging all queries accurately.
- Coordinate inspections and remedial works in line with warranty and service agreements.
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve defects efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Monitor and report on service performance; escalate issues as needed.
- Support administrative functions, including correspondence, reports, and meeting logs.
- Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings and service improvement initiatives.
- Conduct satisfaction calls and manage complaints effectively.
