We’re working with a forward-thinking insurance firm that prides itself on delivering a personal and professional service across both commercial and personal lines. As they continue to grow, they’re looking to welcome an Account Handler with around 2–3 years’ experience to the team. This is a fully remote position, with very occasional travel to their Hertfordshire office for training, team meetings or client sessions. What you’ll be doing: Supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial and personal lines clients Handling renewals, MTAs, new business and client queries Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal teams Ensuring compliance and attention to detail across all documentation Working collaboratively with Account Executives to support client retention and service standards What we’re looking for: Around 2–3 years’ experience in an Account Handler or similar insurance support role Exposure to both commercial and personal lines is ideal Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to client service Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, remote environment A team player with a genuine interest in progressing within the insurance industry This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and join a business that offers flexibility, trust, and real career potential.
