Full Time Permanent opportunity 35 hour working week Hybrid working with 1 day every week minimum in our Milton Keynes office Closing Date: Tuesday 17th June – please apply as soon as you can to avoid disappointment if the ad closes earlier As a Campaign Insight Executive (CIE), you will be responsible for conducting analysis and providing insight to support decision making with finance, leasing, renewals and aftersales campaigns for new and used vehicles. This includes forecasting tactical costs and incremental returns from campaign proposals received. The CIE will support the Assistant Campaign Development Manager (ACDM) with the development and update of lagging and leading reporting that informs how campaigns are performing once deployed and identifies where any customer detriment is being caused This is what you will be doing: Support the development and ongoing update of reporting that provides insight into campaign performance and supports decision making on future campaigns. Reporting to include both lag and leading indicators to provide early insight once a campaign has gone live Provide analysis and insight to support the ACDM steer stakeholder decision making with campaigns for VWG brands, VWFS sales, VWFS aftersales and VWFS fleet Evaluate new campaign proposals by forecasting tactical costs and incremental returns whilst considering any risk of harm to customers. Support the ACDM by making recommendations on how campaign proposals could be improved prior to sign off Where campaign errors have been identified post deployment, evaluate the cost to VWFS associated with customer or brand remediation Provide ad hoc campaign analysis and insight as required by the Commercial Steering Committee Support digital sales channel owners (including Product Managers and Product Owners) to evaluate risks and opportunities to achieving budgeted channel volumes Conduct market scanning to identify key automotive trends with a specific focus on campaign offers from captives, independent finance houses and banks Support the Insight and Performance Undergraduates including managing and prioritising workloads and helping them develop the technical knowledge to do their role effectively This is how your experience will add value in this role: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills You’re able to develop and sustain positive and co-operative working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders Have knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks You have great oral and written communication skills and must be able to confidently present and communicate effectively at all levels Excellent team player who can interact cross-functionally across all levels in the organisation You’re enthusiastic, proactive, committed and have the confidence to achieve your individual and team objectives with minimal supervision Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks You have a good understanding of brand, retailer and finance house functions as well as market dynamics and requirements Good knowledge and understanding of VWG brands and products What’s in it for you?
