Supporting a multi-functional team and to manage the scheduling of project delivery, change and new business. In addition, they must provide concrete guidance on what everyone needs to do and the most efficient way to complete each step. What will I be doing? Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Coordinate with technical leads to understand and manage the complex technical solutions demanded by the client. Ability and understanding to manage technical discussions within the programme team. Ensure that all projectsare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Report and escalate to management as needed. The role would suit someone earlier in their PM Career looking to develop further. Someone with experience in delivering projects or task work packages. Experience in SAFe Agile and Waterfall models of delivery cycles. Good interpersonal skills and judgement for dealing with both internal and external stakeholders to develop strong working relations to support achieving objectives. Ability to engage and work within a multi-functional programme team comprising both customer, supplier and internal staff with an awareness of engineering principles. Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of business, finance and personnel management techniques and the commercial aspects of projects. The ability to communicate, negotiate and influence effectively. Enthusiastic self-starter with good verbal communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A technical background in software development/test activities.
