Client: Established for near 30 years in the water treatment and management sector, offering a full spectrum of services covering water hygiene, legionella control, industrial water treatment, closed-loop systems, and pool & leisure facility services.
Purpose Of the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Administrator who has experience coordinating Subcontract Engineers to site, and whom can be the central hub for the business. The right person for this position will have an understanding & knowledge of the Water Treatment industry.
Responsibilities
- General Administration
- Answering service queries for the field service & customers
- Scheduling works for field engineers
- Booking in works
- Progress chasing
- Client liaison
- Quality System management
- Effective Diary management for field staff
- Knowledge & confident using Excel
- Capable of working unsupervised
- Diverse communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and deal effectively with several tasks simultaneously
