EcoSure - a division of Ecolab and an industry leader in food safety and brand protection, is rapidly expanding globally. We are seeking a Freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor in Peterborough.
Our specialists are unique safety experts relied upon by clients in the food service and hospitality industry. We provide customized, comprehensive on-site evaluations and training to help clients uphold high standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience, and brand protection. These programs assist clients in meeting their quality expectations through on-site evaluations and tailored training.
What you will do:
- Conduct food safety, brand standards, and workplace health and safety evaluations at client locations.
- Consult, coach, and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with account management teams to resolve client challenges.
- Perform a set number of audits weekly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Utilize industry-leading food safety practices and actively monitor health inspection information.
- Provide accurate reports and maintain effective communication and relationships with customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Level 4 Food Safety qualification.
- Reside in or near the territory.
- Own a car with a full, clean driving license.
- Availability during weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
- Experience in auditing and hospitality.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Food safety certifications such as HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, or NEHA credentials preferred.
- Experience in retail food safety and reviewing brand standards.
- Teaching or coaching experience in a food-related field.
- Strong relationship management and consulting skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and make sound decisions.
- Capable of working under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.
