ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in an SEN School in Coventry on a full-time basis.

About the role:

  • Work with Primary & Secondary age students.
  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside a teacher to create innovative ways to support students in their education by creating a personalised curriculum.

About you:

  • To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism, and sensory needs.
  • Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
  • Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
