Vision for Education is currently recruiting a dedicated SEND Teacher to join a welcoming SEND school in Halton. This full-time position (Monday to Friday) is set to start in June 2025 and may lead to a permanent contract. The role involves working with pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2, supporting their academic and personal development.
As an SEND Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, personalized education to students with diverse special educational needs and disabilities. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging, tailored lessons that accommodate individual learning styles, helping pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential in an inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ideally with a specialism in Maths and/or English.
- Experience working with children with SEND.
- Previous experience in a specialist setting or strong transferable experience from mainstream education.
- A genuine desire to join a committed team of SEND Teachers and LSAs.
- Passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
