At Animal Friends, you can choose to be based remotely within the UK, within our Amesbury office, or hybrid (a mixture of both) What you`ll do To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be: Developing and delivering the operational excellence strategy, working with the senior leadership team to ensure initiatives are aligned to the organisation’s strategic objectives and business plan targets Ensuring the initiatives are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and support the delivery of good customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty Using continuous improvement methodologies and best practices to analyse and optimise business processes Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation, underpinned by the delivery of training/workshops, building capability and awareness of continuous improvement methodologies across functions Providing leadership and guidance to the operational excellence team, ensuring development and retention of talent Leading cross functional teams to identify, prioritise and successfully deliver continuous improvement initiatives Establishing an MI framework to track, evidence and report on the impact of operational excellence initiatives Conducting regular assessments of operational performance, applying a data led approach to identify initiatives to address gaps and inefficiencies Who You Are Hold a Black Belt Lean/Six Sigma qualification Experienced leading operational excellence or change teams, delivering business or process change/ transformation. Experienced working within a regulated environment (ideally FCA) Adaptable, with experience of navigating complex and changing environments.
