This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations to achieve operational excellence. Your role as Distribution Centre Manager: Responsible for adopting a cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement/lean methodologies, focusing on eliminating losses while ensuring Safety, Service, Cost, and Environmental standards. Implement cultural change to enhance safety and operational improvements at all levels. Ensure on-time and in-full delivery targets are exceeded. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement across the site. Manage the site P&L and budget, fully mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities. Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain confidence in service delivery. Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including adherence to O-licence requirements. What you\’ll bring: Experience in operational excellence and lean methodologies. Project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong management experience within logistics, supply chain, or operations. Proven leadership to motivate and develop diverse teams, with a focus on results and engagement.
