This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead from the front, shape the construction culture from the ground up, and directly influence the success of this expansion. The Role: We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Contracts Manager / Head of Construction to oversee multiple timber frame residential developments across Coventry, Wolverhampton, Maisemore, and Daventry. You will manage all aspects of site delivery from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with the Regional MD and senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day construction operations across multiple sites. Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of homes. Manage and mentor site managers and construction teams. Coordinate with commercial, technical, and sales departments. Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations. Report progress and risks to the Regional Managing Director. About You: Proven experience at Senior Site Manager, Contracts Manager, or Head of Construction level. Strong background in timber frame construction is essential. Able to manage multiple sites simultaneously. Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach.
