Job Description

We are seeking a skilled mechanical and electrical engineer to join the GDBE team at a global corporation. The focus would be to design sustainable renewable energy solution building templates to be implemented across all logistic facilities across Europe.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain M&E design standards and specifications
Review building designs and ensure compliance with sustainability goals
Analyse performance data to optimize energy and water usage
Provide technical support for pilot programs and validate new sustainable technologies
Translate strategic sustainability goals into actionable technical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including GBDE, GR Sustainability, and Operations

What We’re Looking For

Advanced technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering
Proven experience in sustainable building systems, energy efficiency, or green building technologies
Ability to evaluate and implement innovative pilot solutions at scale
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience with performance analysis, specifications development, and design review processes
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
