The Digital Transformation team has been created to support the delivery of Hardy Operating System Support (OSS) enhancements throughout the organisation. The Hardy OSS is the agreed modernised technology environment that has replaced over 40 legacy tools and changed the overarching process and data associated with these tools.
We are looking for a Training Manager to join the Digital Transformation team, who will work with the business SMEs to define, support and deliver end user training on the Hardy OSS tools to the impacted MBNL organisation, shareholders and Supply Chain Ecosystem.
What you will do:
- Work closely with business SMEs to define, develop, deliver, and implement a training curriculum in line with the operational business needs with a focus on logical E2E business processes.
- Successfully deliver Hardy OSS training to the impacted Hardy OSS User Community.
- Update previously created training material so that it remains current and valid.
- Join multiple project teams to represent the training requirement aspect of each programme.
- Attend and facilitate change impact assessment workshops to understand BAU impact.
- Utilise the technical training provided by the service providers and design and deliver bespoke training solutions to support the business with transformational change. This could include quick reference guides, self-learning guides, videos, and workshops.
- Work with Business Process Owners to evaluate and assess the impact of change post go-live to ensure the training has met its objectives.
- Create relationships with and manage the Hardy OSS User Community to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge, skills and capabilities to deliver training to end users.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of successfully working within a complex ecosystem such as JV.
- Extremely strong training design skills and experience building a range of self-serve materials with the supplier.
- Expert training delivery skills and experience.
- Exceptional organisational and coordination skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the telecom sector.
- Prior experience of working on a large transformation programme.
