CTK Diocesan Schools is seeking a passionate Secondary Science teacher. Join our community and help our students with Faith, Family, and Future!
The expectations for teaching positions are that teachers will engage students with appropriate learning activities, labs, and experiences designed to help them reach their full potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual growth. In addition, this position will enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society through class activities. CTK Schools incorporate Science Fair, grades 4-12, into the science curriculum. This position will collaborate with other colleagues to guide students through the process.
Requirements include:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- A valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned
- Completion of Safe Environment Training and a background check
- Knowledge of subjects assigned
- The ability to instruct students with rigorous expectations
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Above average to excellent classroom management skills
