Our Pensions Administration business continues to grow and we are now looking for an Administration Support to join our vibrant Middlesbrough office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a similar role.
The Team: Our award-winning pensions administration business puts scheme members at the heart of everything we do. Our services include scheme administration, first-time outsourcing, member communications and scam protection.
The Role: As an Administration Support with XPS you will:
- Sort, scan and distribute incoming documents.
- Electronic indexing of correspondence and creation of workflow tasks using multiple systems.
- Liaise with administration teams to resolve queries.
- Monitor Share sites used by external parties and the administration teams and extract data, filling, and logging.
- Provide extra support to the administration teams and general office duties.
- Data cleanse – add to and amend data held within the system.
- Answer basic queries raised by employees and clients.
- Additional ad-hoc activities as required.
Your profile: Essential Criteria
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving inefficiencies in processes.
- High level of accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and proofreading.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
