Your role as a Supply Teaching Assistant:
- Support the Teacher to engage students in learning & build confidence.
- Adapt to the diverse needs of students within your care.
- Maintain strong classroom management & promote high standards for learning.
- Support students to positively progress, through suitable intervention.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a positive and child-centred staff team.
We are seeking Teaching Assistants with:
- A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
