About Subifi Subifi is a new app revolutionising how construction companies and contractors connect and manage short-term labour. We’ve launched on the App Store and are ready to scale! The app enables hiring managers to post jobs quickly, match with verified contractors, and streamline weekly payroll — giving contractors greater flexibility and faster pay. The Opportunity We’re looking for a smart, hands-on marketer (contractor or part-time) to drive awareness and user acquisition for Subifi. You’ll own and execute marketing campaigns, build partnerships, and help us grow adoption across the UK construction industry. What You’ll Do Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on driving user growth Manage LinkedIn and digital ad campaigns targeting both hirers and contractors Build partnerships with construction industry bodies and payroll/workforce tech platforms Identify and attend (virtually or in-person) relevant trade events and communities Create content — case studies, blog posts, social content — to drive visibility Track key metrics, analyse performance, and optimise for growth Work closely with the founder (me!) and an agile team to shape the Subifi brand You Might Be Right If You Have: Experience marketing in recruitment, construction, SaaS or marketplaces (ideal) Hands-on digital marketing experience (LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email campaigns) Great communication and copywriting skills A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — you’re not afraid to test ideas fast An interest in helping scale a brand-new product in a practical, fast-paced sector What We Offer: Flexible remote working — fit this around your other projects or commitments Opportunity to shape the marketing of an exciting new product Competitive hourly rate or project fee (depending on your preference) Potential for longer-term or expanded role as the app grows How to Apply Email us at info@subifi.co.uk with a short intro, a CV or LinkedIn profile, and examples of relevant marketing work if you have them.
