We\’re seeking a driven individual for an exciting new build multi-storey car park project in Bridlington. Commencing at the beginning of June 2025 and set to run until February 2026 , this project boasts a significant and fascinating array of civils elements as well as build. You\’ll be overseeing extensive earthworks, piling, retaining walls , and even a beck diversion , so experience in this is essential. After the project ends, there will be more work in East Midlands, Yorkshire and NE Lincs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all on-site activities to ensure project delivery on time and within budget. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and the client. Manage project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment. Maintain accurate site records and progress reports. Proactively identify and resolve any on-site issues. What we\’re looking for: Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on significant civil engineering and build projects. Strong understanding of complex civils elements, including earthworks, piling, and retaining walls. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
