We are seeking a passionate fashion enthusiast with a flair for e-commerce to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the e-commerce trading team to gather A/B testing requirements, always prioritising the customer experience. You will use commercial insights and data analysis to inform your decisions. Additionally, you will oversee all content updates, ensuring that the customer journey is clear and accurate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering optimisation & personalisation initiatives across Office & Offspring websites and apps.
- Leading A/B testing campaigns, identifying opportunities for innovation, and implementing impactful changes using Bloomreach and other tools.
- Collaborating with trade, buyers, and CRM teams for seamless execution.
- Enhancing customer experience by supporting premiumisation efforts, optimising CMS templates, briefing new features, and ensuring mobile and desktop journeys meet expectations.
- Planning, briefing, and executing all trading optimisation A/B tests across OFFICE, OFFICE London, and Offspring websites.
- Using Google Analytics and Content Square to proactively optimise online selling through site search updates, product recommendations, and promotional badges.
- Working closely with the design team to ensure all requirements are met and creative is commercially clear with accurate information.
- Collaborating with the trading team to gather requirements, plan future tests, and manage the relationship with our optimisation platform Dynamic Yield, including weekly analysis with the account manager.
- Holding regular meetings with trade and marketing teams to prioritise future optimisation efforts.
- Compiling and sharing weekly and monthly optimisation reports with insights and competitor analysis.
- Attending weekly planning meetings to align on content and trading expectations.
- Communicating optimisation plans with the team to ensure alignment.
- Utilising HTML and CSS knowledge to implement trading updates.
- Liaising with Front End Developers (agency) on creating and testing new experiences.
