As a Workflow Coordinator / Document Production Specialist, you will:

  • Manage and optimise workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure all documents adhere to house style and firm-specific procedures
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest effective solutions to improve workflow
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Maintain clear communication with fee earners for complex tasks
  • Ensure deadlines are realistic and renegotiate when necessary
  • Keep the workflow system and DPC inbox consistently updated
