A home, not just a service

Our St Teresa\’s service is home to 27 adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

We offer full time and part time hours. You’ll need to be flexible to work weekend days and nights as part of a rota.

Typical shifts may include:

  • Day shifts: 8am to 8pm and 8am to 2pm

From 1 December 2025 new enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

What you’ll do

  • Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
  • Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
  • Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
  • Keep clear, accurate records
  • Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.
