Cover Supervisor (Secondary)

We\’re hiring for a passionate Cover Supervisor for a Secondary school based in Luton.

Short-term and long-term placements available.
Pay range: £100 – £120 per day.

Responsibilities:

• Manage secondary school classrooms in the absence of a teacher.
• Ensure students stay on task with their work.
• Implement the school’s behavior policies.
• Provide basic feedback to staff on class progress.

Experience:

Prior experience working in education or youth-focused roles.

Skills:

• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage with students across different year groups.

Educational requirements:

Degree or relevant experience preferred.
