Perform inseminations accurately within assigned areas.
Utilise chalk, electronic heat detection, and herd management software to identify and serve cows in heat.
Build trusted relationships with customers, addressing their specific breeding and herd needs.
Collaborate with the Principal Group Scientist to generate and analyze herd fertility reports.
Adhere to safety protocols and complete tasks within the daily schedule.
Maintain strict bio-security by following cleaning and disinfecting protocols at each farm.
Record insemination details using a handheld device, generate customer invoices, and upload data daily for IT reconciliation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in dairy and beef insemination, including synchronization programs (minimum number of documented inseminations required).
- Strong communication skills for effectively discussing breeding programs and herd data with customers.
- Highly motivated and organised with a focus on expanding the customer base.
- Valid UK driving license.
