Our client, an independent firm of actuaries and employee benefit consultants, is currently looking for an experienced Pensions Consultant to support in managing relationships with a portfolio of clients, with a focus on DB pensions consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Providing consulting services related to the design and implementation of funding, investment, and contribution strategies for pension schemes.
- Attending governance/trustee meetings and supporting new business tenders.
- Supervising and mentoring junior consultants.
Requirements:
- Previous pensions experience within consultancy or administration.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Experience with both DB (defined benefit) and DC (defined contribution) schemes preferred, with a bias toward one.
