Salter Grange is now seeking a talented Associate Cost Manager to join a dynamic team in a Global Consultancy on a large Data Centre Development in Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager to transition to the busiest sector in construction with a company offering a platform to a Director with further training and development.

Senior Cost Manager Responsibilities:

  • Settle accounts and manage claims for client value.
  • Build cost estimates and plans for key projects.
  • Monitor spending with clear valuations and reports.
  • Support agile management with timely cost data.
  • Resolve disputes and claims efficiently.
  • Boost business with new and existing clients.
  • Lead and mentor team for top performance.

Senior Cost Manager Candidate Background/Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience as a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor on major projects in the UK market, ideally with exposure to Data Centres.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering quantity surveying services.
  • A degree qualification in a relevant field.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • You are chartered or working toward chartership.
