Job Description
What will you be doing?
As a EC&I Engineer you will join a team in Derby to support our activities within the Nuclear Sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as IEC 61513, IEC 61227, and IEC 61508.
- Create detailed designs for electrical, control, and instrumentation systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
- Collaborate with vendors to source and manage equipment, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and timelines.

- EC&i Engineers will have a strong background in electrical, control, and instrumentation engineering, with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining systems across industrial or high-tech environments.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering and Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

- Knowledge of grid codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
