Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting an experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our established and successful team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and professional recruiter to take the next step in their career within one of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service, business development, and candidate management. You will play a key role in maintaining and growing our commercial desk, covering a wide range of roles including administration, customer service, sales, finance, and office-based roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, interview, and place high-quality commercial candidates into temporary roles
- Proactively develop new business by approaching local businesses and promoting Pertemps services
- Manage and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, delivering a tailored, consultative approach
- Ensure all placements are fully compliant with referencing and right-to-work procedures
- Represent the Pertemps brand through networking, client visits, and local business engagement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial recruitment or a similar fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- A proactive and target-driven mindset
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
